![]() ![]() While you wait for them to respond though, just use Komplete Kontrol on the DAW channel and load Kontakt within that either through a Kontakt library preset or via the little “+” under the magnifying glass and quick load etc. If none of that works - contact NI support and let them know what’s going on as I wouldn’t want to point you down the road of deleting databases and stuff. Just make sure the library locations in Access preferences are where they’re actually installed and Kontakt should find them. If you’re on Kontakt 7, we no longer have that option - it’s under “libraries” and their location is in Native Access preferences (why they changed that I’ll never know). Open up Kontakt in the DAW and go to the cog wheel and go to “database” and click reset and scan (if you’re on Kontakt 6). I’d try “purge all samples” then “reload all samples” in Kontakt in the DAW and see what happens Usually happens when you have (or have had) both player and full installed at the same time. I’ve seen it happen before where standalone is one version and the DAW is opening up Kontakt but a different version. Then open up a DAW, load Kontakt to a channel via either AU or VST3 and check the Kontakt version number in there and see if they match. new devices and data loss scenarios (latest version is 13.2). I can’t tell if you’re on 6 or 7, but open standalone Kontakt and check the version number there (click the NI logo).
